Would be happy to recommend for a lightning trip

Amazing view, fabulous pool, the room was comfortable with a huge terrace perfect for enjoying the sunset and reading, along with great wi-fi for staying connected.

Everything was great, stunning location near the centre, the staff were incredible! The room was reasonably spacious and immaculate, included hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. Amazing service was provided here.

The balcony off our room offered amazing views, and the complimentary breakfast was a good start to our days. Each detail made for a nice stay at Hotel Mamela.

Staff may be better

Great location few mins walk from Capri Square but quiet and with incredible views. Nice pool, friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks and lunch - for Capri!

Breakfast has to be taken in a specific area which is a shame given that they have spectacular eating areas adjacent which went unused. If you like a lively hotel bar you'll be disappointed.

Upon arrival, we faced unexpected baggage logistics that weren't communicated. Although the staff were kind, my bags were left in the lobby for too long, frustrating after a long journey. Unfortunately, fresh towels and toiletries weren't provided daily, which left us feeling neglected .

A safe box, television and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed...

Exceptionally clean true luxury hotel, really helpful staff and ideal location close to shops and restaurants. Decent size, brand-new room provided with terraces and a large balcony, for example. Plenty of fantastic and amazing breakfast options. Good service and a very clean pool onsite.

I recently spent two nights in a Two-Bedroom Suite with Sea View and loved the cozy vibe, especially during breakfast on the veranda and the relaxing time by the beautiful pool. The spa services were a real treat, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding. Just a heads-up, the lack of an iron in the room caught me off guard, but they quickly provided a steamer upon request 🌊

Beautiful views and relaxing stay

The infinity pool was a highlight, and the view from our room was just fine-perfect for sunsets! Service was great, especially at the poolside bar where we enjoyed yummy snacks. The only bummer was the early morning noise from staff outside, kinda woke us up too soon. Otherwise, it was a fantastic getaway!

My stay exceeded all expectations! The recommendations from the staff were very nice, ensuring we had the perfect itinerary without any stress. The view from our balcony was amazing after a day of exploring the island. I wish we could have spent more time lounging by the beautiful pool, which looked inviting all day. A fantastic experience that I’d love to repeat soon.

I fell in love with Hotel Mamela. The views from my room were amazing, especially during sunrise. The infinity pool provided the perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was good, though the selection felt limited compared to what I've experienced at other hotels. Staff were friendly, but some seemed exhausted from the busy season. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main square but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. On the downside, Wi-Fi connection in my room was inconsistent. I sometimes struggled to stay connected, but honestly, I didn't mind too much because I was absorbed in the beauty around me. A fine hotel with a few small hiccups that didn't ruin my trip. I'd go back without a doubt!

I was enchanted by the elegant decor and beautiful art throughout Hotel Mamela. The spacious common areas and poolside views were accessible and cute.

More seating options near the pool would be helpful.
